Cityzen – Property Marketing was born out of a real need in the field, and from a clear vision of the founder and CEO, Barak Dvash : to lead a change in the real estate culture in Israel. Already in his first steps as a broker, Barak noticed the gap between the expectations of clients and the reality they encountered. He saw how a large and significant financial transaction is sometimes conducted with a lack of transparency, with poor service and without real attention to the client’s personal needs.

In Netanya, his hometown, he began to build his dream. He chose to focus on the city’s luxury neighborhoods, and offer residents a new model of service: uncompromising professionalism, complete transparency, and a sense of home even in the biggest deal of life.

Success was not long in coming – and thanks to it, he was joined by Lior Friedman , a partner in the journey and a soulmate. Together they founded Cityzen Village , an agency specializing in the high-demand areas outside the city: Even Yehuda, Tel Mond, Kadima Zoran and Kfar Yona . Here too, the approach remained the same – high professionalism, human values, and full cooperation between all the consultants in the office.

But the story doesn’t end there. During 2024, following repeated inquiries from satisfied clients looking for real estate investments overseas, Barak and Lior founded the third agency: Cityzen Greece – specializing in locating, supporting, and marketing income-producing properties in and around Athens.
