Welcome to CityZen – Property Marketing. Our company was founded by Barak Davash, the owner and founder, with a vision to change the real estate experience in the city of Netanya. Over the years, Citizen expanded throughout the Sharon region. Together with his partner, Lior Friedman, the two founded Cityzen Village (Citizen Moshavim) and in 2024, the two founded Cityzen Greece (Citizen Greece).

CityZen, as a boutique company specializing in marketing properties, apartments and houses, focuses on service. We offer a full, comprehensive and personal service, from the first call to the handover of the keys.

Our real estate consultants represent over 100 properties exclusively at any given moment. The specialization, as mentioned, is in the city of Netanya, the settlements and towns of Sharon (Kfar Yona, Even Yehuda, Tel-Mond, Kadima – Zoran, Pardesiya and more).
